Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang terdiri dari: kepemilikan dokumen dampingan sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure, kemampuan dampingan merencanakan pembelajaran yang memenuhi Standard Operating Procedure, dan kemampuan dampingan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang telah disusun dengan baik di SD Smart Insani melalui pendampingan pendekatan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan Margaret Riel yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dengan fase; mempelajari dan merencanakan (study and plan), melakukan tindakan (take action), mengumpulkan dan menganalisa bukti (collect and analyse evidence), dan merefleksi (reflect). Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Fokus pendampingan adalah guru kelas yang belum pernah mendapat pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan didasarkan pada target yang jelas disertai instrumen yang memperlancar pencencapaian target, baik untuk pendampingan fokus dokumen, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, (2) peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik fokus dokumen ditempuh dengan workshop, sedangkan untuk kompetensi persiapan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendampingan, (3) seluruh dampingan mengalami peningkatan hingga memiliki dokumen yang memenuhi standard operating procedure dan semua dampingan mampu mempersiapan pembelajaran dalam bentuk penyusunan RPP yang lengkap berikut media, lembar kerja siswa yang baik dan cukup dalam setting waktu yang proporsional dan mengalami peningkatan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik dan memenuhi kriteria pembelajaran yang mendidik meliputi aspek afektif, psikomotor, dan kognitif peserta didik, dan (4) dampingan dan Kepala Sekolah memberikan respon baik atas pelaksanaan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan. Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, pendampingan, pendekatan kolaboratif, penelitian tindakan ABSTRACT This research is done to improve pedagogical competence comprise; documents possession by mentees which meet the Standard Operating Procedure, the ability of the mentees in designing lesson plan which meets Standard Operating Procedure, and the ability of the mentees in executing lesson plan well in Smart Insani Elementary School mentoring activity using collaborative approach. This action research used Margaret Riel model and done in three cycles. Each cycle passes study and plan, take action, collect and analyse evidence, and reflect. The subject of the action research are teacher and student. The subject foci are the teachers who have not been mentored yet. The result of the research shows that (1)planning is based on the clear target a long with the instruments that assure you can achieve the target for both mentoring focus on documents and pelanning and teaching process, (2) in increasing pedagogical competence focus documents is done through workshop, and through mentoring for planning and teaching process, (3) all mentees increase their pedagogical competence so that they have had documents meet the Standard Operating Procedure and all mentees are able to prepare teaching in the form of making lesson plan a long with media, student adequate worksheet in the setting of proportional time and increase their ability in carrying out teaching and learning process include affective, psychomotor, and cognitive, and (4) mentees and principal respond that mentoring in the possitive manner.
