Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru, 3) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru Yayasan Pendidikan Panjang Lampung di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan (ex post facto) dengan teknik korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 67 guru yang meliputi guru tingkat satuan pendidikan SMP, SMA, dan SMK. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sebanyak 40 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisoner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 28,2%, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 30,1%, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 32%, dimana faktor motivasi berprestasi pengaruhnya lebih besar dari pada faktor kecerdasan emosional. Abstract Bahasa Inggris Research is aimed to know and analyzing: 1 ) the influence of emotional intelligence, on the performance of a teacher 2 ) the influence of motivation of her class the teacher, on the performance 3 ) the influence of emotional intelligence and motivation for achievement betawi together on the performance teacher education foundation Panjang Lampung in Lampung. This research is research with the approach of (ex post facto) with the technique of correlational. Population this research is 67 teacher covering teacher level , junior high school, high school, and vocational high school. Samples research determined with using formulas Slovin, 40 respondents. Data is collected by using kuisoner and then analyzed used technique regression analysis simple and multiple regression. The result showed that: 1 ) there are significant and positive influence on the performance between teacher of emotional intelligence 28,2%, 2 ) there are positive influence and significant achievement between teacher motivation on the performance of 30,1%, 3 ) there is a positive influence between intelligence and significant achievement emotional motivation and teacher on the performance of 32%, where factors motivation achievement its influence the greatest of factors intelligence emotional.
