ABSTRAK ANALISIS PENGARUH TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT, SISTEM PENGUKURAN KINERJA, DAN SISTEM PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Perbankan BUMN di Bandarlampung) Oleh Latifa Nurul Haramain Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh antara Total Quality Management (TQM), sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN di Bandarlampung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan pada perusahaan. Responden yang terpilih terdiri dari staf dan manajer level menengah dan bawah di Bank BNI, Bank BRI, dan Bank Mandiri sejumlah 50 orang. Metoda analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif siginifikan pada pengaruh TQM terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengaruh system pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial. Hal ini tidak berlaku pada hipotesis ketiga yaitu sistem penghargaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Kata kunci: Total Quality Management, sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan, dan kinerja manajerial. ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE ANALYSIS OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM), PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND REWARD SYSTEM ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE (A Case Study of SOEs Banking Companies in Bandarlampung) By Latifa Nurul Haramain This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM), performance measurement systems, and reward systems on managerial performance in SOEs banking companies in Bandarlampung. The study was conducted with a purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to employees at the companies. Selected respondents consist of 50 persons from middle and lower-level managers and staffs at Bank BNI, Bank BRI, and Bank Mandiri. The method to test the hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are significant positive relationships at first and second hypotheses. But it does not applied to the third hypothesis that the reward system has no effect on managerial performance.
