Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the mathematical learning of aspects of context, input, process and product in the learning of mathematics in high school Al Huda Jatiagung.This method of this research is evaluation research by using approach Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). By means of collecting data questionnaire, lember observation, and documentation. The study population was the Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers, Students inclusion Sergeant parents of students inclusions. Samples taken by the proportional sampling. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative.The results showed : 1 ) the results of the evaluation of the context of the school committee obtained not good results ( 21.70 ) , from the aspect of teacher culture obtained quite good results ( 12.50 ) and from the aspect of leadership support obtained quite good results ( 13.35 ) ; 2) The results of the evaluation of the input variables of infrastructures obtained good results ( 58.8 % ) , from teacher motivation variables obtained quite good results ( 24,34 ) , of variable teacher resources obtained good results ( 14.4 ) and of variable student characteristics were obtained moderate results ( 58 % ) ; 3 ) the results of the evaluation process on the planning aspects of the learning obtained quite good results ( 67 ) , on the implementation aspects of the learning obtained quite good results ( 64.33 ) and on aspects of learning assessment obtained quite good results ( 38.33 ) ; and 4 ) the results of the evaluation of the products obtained quite good results ( 76 % ) Keywords: evaluation program, inclusion, mathematics instruction Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran matematika dari aspek konteks, input, proses dan produk dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMA Al Huda Jatiagung. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi yang menggunakan pendekatan Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner, panduan observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, siswa inklusi sertu orang tua dari siswa inklusi. Sampel diambil secara propotional sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menujukkan: 1) hasil evaluasi konteks dari komite sekolah diperoleh hasil kurang baik (21,70), dari aspek budaya guru diperoleh hasil cukup baik (12,50), dan dari aspek dukungan pemimpin diperoleh hasil cukup baik (13,35) ; 2) hasil evaluasi input dari variabel sarana prasarana diperoleh hasil cukup baik (58,8%), dari variabel motivasi guru diperoleh hasil cukup baik (24,34), dari variabel sumber daya guru diperoleh hasil baik (14,4) dan dari variabel karakteristik siswa diperoleh hasil cukup baik (58%) ; 3) hasil evaluasi proses pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh hasil cukup baik (67), pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh hasil cukup baik (64,33) dan pada aspek penilaian pembelajaran diperoleh hasil cukup baik (38,33); dan 4) hasil evaluasi produk diperoleh hasil cukup baik (76%) Kata Kunci : evaluasi program, inklusi, pembelajaran matematika
