Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Public Relations terdiri atas News, Public Service Activities, dan Special Event PT. Samudera Indonesia dalam membentuk citra positif perusahaan. Pengaruh Public Relations menggunakan teori Jack Lyness (2008) dengan tiga indikator yaitu: News, Public Service Activities, dan Special Event di dukung peran opini public dari Emory S Bogar untuk membentuk citra positif perusahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan 60 kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Samudera Indonesia. Metode statistik statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda di PT. Samudera Indonesia memperlihatkan bahwa variabel news (X1) berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,003, Hasil uji statistik variabel public service activities (X2) memperlihatkan bahwa X2berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,047, dan Hasil uji statistik variabel special event (X3) juga memperlihatkan bahwa variabel X3 berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,004 dimana tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau dengan α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, diperoleh F-hitung> F-tabel yaitu F-hitung sebesar 45,778 > F-tabel (0,5; 3:56) sebesar 2,84. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel independent/bebas berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel dependent/terikat. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Kata kunci: Public Relations, Company Image ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of public relations activities consisting of News, Public Service Activities, and Special Event PT. Samudera Indonesia in shaping a positive image of the company. Influence of Public Relations uses Jack Lyness (2008) theory with three indicators: News, Public Service Activities, and Special Event supported the role of public opinion from Emory S Bogar to form a positive image of the company. Collecting data using the survey method by spreading 60 questionnaires to employees of PT. Samudera Indonesia. Statistical methods used multiple linear regression. The results of multiple regression analysis of PT. Samudera Indonesia showed that the news variable (X1) the positive effect of 0.003, statistical test result variable public service activities (X2) showed that X2 positive effect of 0.047, and the result of statistical testing special event variable (X3) also shows that the positive effect of variable X3 0,004 where the 95% confidence level α = 0.05 or with. Based on the F test results, obtained F-count > F-table is F-count equal to 45.778 > F-table (0,5; 3:56) of 2.84.It can be conclude that together (simultaneosly) is independent variable / free real effect on the dependent variable / bound.
