Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Sebuah terminal benar-benar dapat memberikan manfaat yang optimal baik berupa pelayanan kepada masyarakat pengguna transportasi umum yang memanfaatkan terminal maupun masyarakat pengguna sarana, prasarana, fasilitas yang ada di dalam terminal, serta dapat memberikan kontribusi pendapatan kepada daerah, maka perlu dikeloladengan sebaik-baiknya, professional, dan akuntabel. Oleh karena itu di perlukan suatu pedoman pengelolaan atau manajemen terminal yang baik. Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada permasalahan Menajemen Tata Kelola UPTD Terminal Induk Rajabasa Kota Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengungkap permasalahan ini, peneliti menggunakan teori Menajemen Publik milik Henri Fayol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Manajemen UPTD Terminal Rajabasa Kota Bandar Lampung dalam pengelolaan Terminal Induk Rajabasa pembagian kerja belum berjalan baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih banyak ketidak sesuaian antara kompetensi pegawai dengan posisi yang di emban. Selain itu faktor pengalaman juga termasuk dalam variabel penempatan posisi. wewenang dan tanggung jawab di UPTD terminal induk rajabasa terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari tingkatan manajer yang telah tersusun dan berjalan, dari tingkatan top manager,middle manager,dan terakhir first legs manager. Kedisiplinan di terminal induk rajabasa belum berjalan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa masih banyak pegawai yang melanggar kedisiplinan, walaupun pihak pimpinan telah mensosialisasikan mengenai sanksi ketika melanggar kedisiplinan. kesatuan perintahdi UPTD Terminal Rajabasa telah berjalan dengan baik. Perintah yang diberikan oleh pimpinan institusi dilaksanakan dengan baik dan disampaikan secara tepat kepada setiap anggota. Pelaksanaan kegiatan juga dijalankan dengan pengawasan beliau secara langsung, hal ini dilakukan beliau demi kelancaraan pelaksana kegiatan yang sesuai printah dari atas untuk mencapat tujuan Kata Kunci : Menajemen Publik dan Prinsip-Perinsip Manajemen ABSTRACT In order to maximize the function bus station to provide optimal benefits, either in the form of service to the citizens who use the public transport bus station or the citizens that uses the facilities, infrastructure, facilities within the terminal, and can contribute to the income of the region, it needs to be carefully managed, professional and accountable. Therefore, we need agood management guidelines. This research focuses on the Management of UPTD Terminal Induk Rajabasa in Bandar Lampung. To reveal this problems, researchers used Public Management theory belongs to Henri Fayol. Type of research is descriptive research with qualitative method. Rajabasa UPTD Management Terminal in Bandar Lampung in the management of the Terminal Induk Rajabasa division of labor has not gone well. That is because there are still many discrepancies between the competence of employees with positions in the waistband. Besides the factor experience is also includ in the variable position. Authority and responsibility in the terminal induk UPTD Rajabasa very well. This can be seen from the stage manager who has arranged and running, from the top level manager, middle manager, and the final first legs manager. Discipline in the terminal induk Rajabasa has not gone well. It can be seen that there are many employees who violate discipline, although party leaders have been disseminating about sanctions when violated discipline. unity of command in Terminal UPTD Rajabasa has been going well.Orders give by the institutions performed well and delivered promptly to each member. Implementation activities are also carried out by his direct supervision, this is done for the sake of continuity of his committee, the appropriated command from the top to achieve the goal Keywords: Public Management and Principles of Management
