Abstract
ABSTRAK Setiap instansi pemerintahan harus memiliki budaya organisasi untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Budaya organisasi yang baik berkaitan dengan beberapa faktor yang mendukung, di antaranya lingkungan kerja dan sistem komunikasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: “Apakah lingkungan kerja dan sistem komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan?” Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap sistem komunikasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan (2) Untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh sistem komunikasi terhadap budaya organisasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan (3) Untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap budaya organisasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel yaitu 38 pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 50,6% terhadap sistem komunikasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan (2) Sistem komunikasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 21,7% terhadap budaya organisasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan (3) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 19.9% terhadap budaya organisasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Sistem Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi ABSTRACT Every government department should have the organizational culture to support the achievement of the set objectives. Good organizational culture related to several factors that support, including communications systems and working environment. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is the working environment and communication system influenced towards organizational culture at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency?" The objective of this research are: (1) To analyze the influence of the working environment of the communication system at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency (2) To analyze the influence of the communication system of organizational culture in Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency(3) To analyze the influence of the working environment of organizational culture in the Department of Communication and Information of South Lampung Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research, by taking a sample of 38 staff of the Department of Communication and Information of South Lampung Regency. Data was collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed: (1) The working environment influenced 50,6% towards communication system at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency (2) Communication system influenced 21,7% towards organizational culture at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency(3) The working environment influenced 19.9% towards organizational culture at the Department of Communications and Information Technology of South Lampung Regency.
