Abstract
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepercayaan, kualitas website, konten informasi, dan kemudahan transaksi terhadap minat beli toko online. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Oraqlewear di kota Bandar Lampung sebanyak 100 responden yang sudah pernah melakukan minat beli terhadap toko online Oraqlewear. Penentuan jumlah sampel melalui Rumus Slovin. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan alat uji SPSS 16. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepercayaan (X1), kualitas website (X2), konten informasi (X3), dan kemudahan transaksi (X4) berpengaruh terhadap minat beli toko online (Y). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan kepercayaan, kualitas website, konten informasi, dan kemudahan transaksi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli toko online. Kata Kunci: kepercayaan, kualitas website, konten informasi, kemudahan transaksi, dan minat beli. Abstract Bahasa inggris The purpose of this research is to know the influence of a trust, the websites quality, content information, and ease transactions against interest buy online store. Respondents on this research was oraqlewear consumers in the city of Bandar Lampung as many as 100 respondents who had been ever do interest purchasing of a shop online oraqlewear. The determination of the total sample through the slovin. The analysis of Data on this research is using multiple regression techniques to test equipment SPSS 16. The result of this research indicates that trust (X1) , the quality of websites (X2) , content information (X ) , and ease transactions (X4), had impact on the interest online store (Y). The conclusion of the research indicated simultaneously trust, the quality of websites, content information, and ease transactions have influence give a positive response to that interest buy online store.
